I’m glad you’re here.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important to work with someone who feels grounded, attentive, and respectful of your experiences. My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
Clients often describe our work together as collaborative and grounding, a space where they feel genuinely heard and not rushed, judged, or expected to have everything figured out.
My Approach
My work is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means our sessions are guided by your needs, goals, and readiness. I also integrate solution-focused strategies to help you build on your strengths and identify practical steps forward when you feel stuck or overwhelmed.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you — it’s about creating space for clarity, steadiness, and growth, especially during seasons of stress, loss, transition, or uncertainty.
I work with individuals navigating:
- Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Depression and low mood
- Stress management and burnout
- Grief and loss
- Relationship challenges
- Trauma
- Life transitions
All services are offered virtually.
Immigration Mental Health Evaluations
In addition to therapy, I provide trauma-informed immigration mental health evaluations for individuals involved in immigration-related legal processes.
These evaluations are conducted with care, cultural sensitivity, and attention to the emotional impact of trauma, displacement, and prolonged uncertainty. My goal is to offer a respectful, structured space where individuals can share their experiences safely while receiving thorough and professional documentation to support their case.
I am formally trained in immigration evaluations through the Immigration Evaluation Institute.
